“Founders of Time” is also a part of an art & sound project and concept album record called “X Sounds”, that they were asked to contribute to for Burlei of San Francisco, a record label and art curation depot. It features different musicians and music with household sampled sounds alongside photography. Their song will be on display at an art gallery the same day. Auramics is a psychedelic, dreampop, hauntology, radiophonic duo from New York comprised of Kristi Scarvelis and Glen Lee Flynn. Their name “Auramics” was inspired by the British electronic pioneer Daphne Oram from the 1960’s and her “Oramics Machine”. Oramics is a drawn sound technique that they connected to with their interest in drawing and art, cut up collage sound and music.
